All participants must be registered from this form. If you are not registered you will not receive free entry into our raffle for a 43" TV and Bluetooth Earpod and entry may be denied. Choose the Seminar below that you are interested in for your child.  A confirmation email will be sent with the times and reselection choice if necessary. Times are only provided after registration to prevent unregistered walk-ins. Space is limited and we want to keep everyone safe.
